Fascial Meridians in Motion
Jo
looks at Tom Myers' work of Anatomy Trains, which presents the classical anatomy
texts in 'joined up writing' by demonstrating the myofascial continuities of the
soft tissue connected body - the Fascial Meridians. It facilitates the new
perspective in the sense of showing continuous lines of pull through the entire
body and demonstrating that the muscles exist within the fascial architecture -
rather than functioning as discreet and separate entities, isolated to their
assigned biomechanical restrictions.
