Advanced Fascial Articulatory Techniques

Cranio-fascial - learn:

  • Assessment and treatment of the cranium related to various common pathologies e.g. migraine, 'glue ear', TMJ syndrome, sinusitis, etc

  • Importance of cranial alignment in maintaining corrective work to the pelvis, sacrum and spine

  • Relevance of treating the TMJ to allow the occipito-atlantal  joint to align correctly and maintain the correction
  • Advanced Fascial Articulatory Alignment techniques to correct imbalances found during assessment

Spino-fascial - learn:

  • Assessment of spinal motion and then use of the monoarticular muscles, which have become short, to mobilise. These need little force! We can adapt position very specifically to get the results we want! As one part of the lesion releases so we then assess and treat the next part and so on.

Sacro-fascial - learn:

  • Assessment of the pelvis related to Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction, Sacroiliac lesions, back pain, groin pain, sciatica

  • Assessment of the innominates  to determine distortions which will affect the spine, hips, and lower limb

  • Differentiating between anterior and posterior innominate, in & out flare, pubic symphysis lesions, and other imbalances

  • How to assess both obvious and subtle distortions of the sacrum

  • Assessment of the sacrum for differentiating sacral torsions from sacral rotations  and their effects on spinal motion and the pelvis itself
